20-Minute Beef Chili

Total preparation and cooking time: 20 minutes

 

1 container (2 cups) Triple Batch Beef*, defrosted

1 jar (8 ounces) mild salsa

1 tbsp chili powder

1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained, rinsed

½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

¼ cup sliced green onions

 

  1. Medium saucepan, combine beef mixture, salsa and chili powder.  Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.  Cover tightly and simmer 10 minutes.  Stir in beans; heat through.  Serve with cheese and green onions.
